MAHITA is governed by an esteemed management board comprising 8 members and guided by 3 Executive Committee Members and experts who provide valuable leadership and mentorship.

MAHITA is registered under 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Department, Mahita also registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs entitles to get CSR funding i.e. CSR 1, and it holds FCRA certification from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Additionally, the organization is compliant with PF, ESI Registration, TDS, and Service Tax regulations.

MAHITA upholds a strong commitment to ethical practices and has implemented various policies, including Financial Policy, HR Policy, Child Protection Policy, Policy against Sexual Harassment at the workplace, Procurement and Selection Policy, and Gender Policy, to foster a safe and conducive working environment.
