All donations to Mahita are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, Government of India.
Mahita is a registered non-profit organization and has been approved by the Income Tax Department for 80G tax benefits. Donors can claim eligible tax deductions on their contributions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Silent Donors
Some supporters prefer to contribute without public recognition. Mahita’s Silent Donor Program enables individuals, families, and organizations to make meaningful contributions while maintaining complete privacy and confidentiality. Donors receive updates on the impact of their support, while their generosity remains acknowledged only if they choose to be recognized.
